Winter in Chicago means bundle-up dressing, being downright sensible about your choice of clothes. Snow mounds to maneuver, salt-ridden slush to hurdle–these are the pedestrian’s obstacle courses. For just a moment, though, bear with us while we make a case for wearing winter whites.
