Joyce A. Knapik, 57, of Mt. Prospect died Monday in the North Shore Hospice unit of Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Knapik, who was born in South Bend, Ind., was a data-entry clerk at Wheels Inc., a Des Plaines fleet-leasing management company. “Joyce was most loved by everyone in the department,” said Jill Groth, her department manager at Wheels. “She had a very upbeat attitude. She was cooperative. You never heard a bad word from her about anyone.” Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Frank; a daughter, Christine Goodman; a son, Daniel; two sisters, Shirley Clifton and Carol Anderson; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, and from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. mass Thursday in St. Raymond Catholic Church, 301 S. I-Oka Ave., Mt. Prospect.
