Police Monday charged Shawn A. Hill, 20, of the 0-100 block of North Cagwin Street, Joliet, with driving with a suspended license and speeding after an officer reported clocking him driving 45 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone on McDonough Street. He was released on his recognizance.
