I read the essay by Dan Rostenkowski on the Oct. 22 Commentary page. Why does the Tribune publish the opinions that convicted felons have on those under indictment for crimes of a similar nature?

Rosty’s ideas on risk should be considered every time in the context of his corrupt career. His idea of risk-taking is what most of us refer to as lying, cheating and strong-arming.
