Nothing on Michael J. McLaughlin’s list of 10 reasons for impeaching President Clinton meets the Constitution’s definition of impeachable offenses (“Impeachment list,” Voice, Oct 24). Immoral behavior is not an impeachable offense, not even if it concerns elected officials, aldermen up to president.
Like so many, Mr. McLaughlin has confused the 10 Commandments with the United States Constitution.
