– Small hotel: Amandari, Bali
– Foreign city: Sydney
– U.S. city: San Francisco
– Island: Maui, Hawaii
– U.S. hotel (and worldwide): Windsor Court, New Orleans
– European hotel: Plaza Athenee, Paris
– Pacific Rim hotel: Regent, Hong Kong
– International airline: Singapore
– U.S. airline: Midwest Express
