The Tribune has been reporting there is a growing concern among Americans that the economy is disintegrating. I wonder why Bill Clinton, who took credit for all good things happening in this country from that fateful day in January, 1993, when he took office, hasn’t stood up and taken the credit for what looks like a general business downturn and a potential economic disaster looming just around the corner.
Perhaps he is too tied up with his lawyers or his atonement mantra to pay attention to a small distraction like an economic slide.
Resign, Mr. Bill. You are obsolete, unfocused, finished.
