How can Notre Dame be ranked 10th in the AP poll when it plays such a patsy schedule? The Irish have barely been squeaking by teams having dismal seasons and they still keep moving up in the polls.
I wonder what it would be like if Notre Dame belonged to a conference like the Big Ten or the Pac-10 and had to play ranked teams each week. I doubt if the Fighting Irish would be anywhere near the 10th spot in the rankings.
