Children interested in acting can get a leg up in the business with a little help from the Buffalo Grove Park District and a television professional.
Registration is now being accepted for “Take One,” a class conducted over four Saturdays by Peter B. Spector, a veteran of TV, radio and commercials. He will teach kids basic acting techniques, how to interpret commercial strips and how to build self-confidence.
Fee for the program is $40 per child, plus an annual Fine Arts membership fee of $7 or $10. Call 847-459-5700, ext. 132.
