If Congress determines that impeachment of President Clinton is inappropriate, I would like to suggest that the price of censure is the complete elimination of his presidential pension.
This is not too high a price for him to pay for the disgrace he has brought to the office of the president.
I do think this situation affects his ability to perform his duties as president. If I were a foreign representative negotiating with President Clinton, I wouldn’t trust anything he said because he seems to think it’s all right to lie and mislead whenever it’s convenient and suits his purpose.
