Let’s hear it for Kathleen Parker. Her Dec. 9 column, “Trust your basic parenting instinct, not Sharon Stone’s,” tells it like it is regarding Hollywood types advising people how to raise children. It has always amazed me how people without children write books and host radio and TV shows regarding child rearing.
