William Todd Tobin, 50, of Algonquin died Monday in his home. He had worked for a paper company and had served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors include a daughter, Michelle Grossmayer; a son, Michael; his parents, Jack and Dorothy; three sisters, Pat Neuman, Jackie Cimino and Donna. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Thursday until services at 8 in Querhammer Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
