The actions of Bruno Kosinski demonstrate that law-abiding citizens can protect themselves with con- cealed firearms (Metro, Dec. 9).
But if even the police admit that private citizens are sometimes fully justified in using concealed weapons in self-defense, shouldn’t we have a law that permits that?
