Four lofts remain at ArtHouse at 14 N. Sangamon St. on Chicago’s Near West Side. The remaining two-bedroom designs have a base price of $191,000 including deeded parking. They range from 1,042 to 1,264 square feet with living/dining room, master suites with private baths with soaking tubs and separate showers.

– Rembrandt Homes is offering seven home sites, ranging from 10,000 to 16,280 square feet, in the Indian Creek neighborhood of Buffalo Grove, and 13 sites, each about an acre, at Stirling Manor of Kildeer.
Buyers can choose from a variety of Rembrandt floor plans and customize them; they can purchase sites and have Rembrandt design a custom home; or Rembrandt, the custom-home division of Sundance Homes, will build-to-suit from buyers’ blueprints.
Construction is underway on three of the seven Indian Creek sites and homes are expected to be delivered by mid-summer. Prices start at $399,990 and include home sites.
One of the homes is the 2,780-square-foot Concerto, priced at $399,990. One of the homes is the two-story Thornhill, which has a base price of $525,000 for 3,455 square feet. The home includes four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a three-car side-loading garage. – Six traditional two-story designs will be offered by Robinson Companies at Meadowdale of Wood Dale, a neighbood of 15 luxury homes at the northwest corner of Addison Road and Gilbert Drive in west suburban Wood Dale.
The homes will range from about 2,000 to 2,300 square feet of living area and are pre-construction priced from $239,000. They will have three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Plans include 9-foot first-floor ceilings, full basements, attached two-car garages and first-floor laundry rooms. Each home will be available in a choice of three architectural elevations. Construction will begin as soon as weather permits this spring.

– Four new designs are now available at Insignia Oaks in north suburban Highland Park. Palatine-based Insignia Homes is developing eight quarter-acre home sites at Lake-Cook Road and Sheldon Lane. Base prices of the four new plans range from $552,990 to $664,990. Construction will begin in late spring with first occupancies planned for late fall.
The plans include the 2,200-square-foot Ravinia, a two-bedroom ranch with a choice of library or third bedroom. Based-priced at $566,990, the Ravinia has 2 1/2 baths, great room, dining room, basement and two-car garage.
The two-story Clavey is base-priced at $626,990 for 3,053 square feet. It has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, family room, library, basement and three-car side-loading garage.
Interior details include 12-foot first-floor ceilings, 9-foot basement ceilings, fireplaces with marble surrounds and kitchens with Stonite countertops. Available options include walkout or English basements, whirlpool tubs, skylights, and security and intercom systems.

The development has six decorated models of 1,100 to 1,300 square feet.

– Preconstruction sales will begin in February for the The Commons of Highland Park, a 48-unit condominium development at Second and Walnut Streets in downtown Highland Park. Developed by Chicago-based Dubin Residential Communities, the 5-story masonry building will have one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom residences with one or two baths. Units will range from 874 to 1,889 square feet of living space. Pre-construction base prices are from $224,900 to $450,000.
