Dennis E. B. Carter, 56, of Carol Stream, died Monday in Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield. Born in Fairview Heights, Ill., Mr. Carter was a maintenance engineer. He also served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He is survived by his wife, Leone; two sons, Shawn and Shane; a brother, William; a sister, Kathleen Hall; and a grandchild. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Brust Funeral Home, 415 N. Gary Ave., Carol Stream. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in First Assembly of God Church, 900 E. Geneva Rd., Wheaton.
