It’s amazing that the U.S. Postal Service stumbles every time first-class stamp prices change. Despite many months advance notice, not enough new stamps are available, nor are those supplemental to the previous first-class amount.
It is time for the Post Office to have new first-class stamps, and those supplemental to the previous rate, available in exact denominations at least 60 days prior to the effective date. I also hope that it will cease its fascination with letter denominations. It can do both by planning ahead, thereby allowing its customers to do so also.
