Elsie C. Ring, 98, of Wayne died Tuesday in Rosewood Care Center in Elgin. Born in Brooklyn, Mrs. Ring was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, E. Gertrude Kling; a son, Henry; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be in Smithtown, N.Y.
