James Q. Etherton, 57, died Sunday in his Winfield home. Born in Oak Park, Mr. Etherton was a member of Teamsters Local 673 and a shop superintendent for Hansen and Hemple Co. Survivors include his wife, Carol; two daughters, Lisa Balderstone and Carola Collado; two sons, Steven Etherton and Ivan Collado; three sisters, Carol Barnard, Ellen Bochat and Janet Fitch; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Brust Funeral Home, 415 N. Gary Ave., Carol Stream, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
