Two loft models have opened at Clinton Complex in the 500 block of South Clinton Street southwest of the Loop in Chicago. When complete, the complex, bounded by Congress Parkway, Clinton, Harrison and Jefferson Streets, is expected to have 300 lofts ranging in price from $104,800 to $339,800 in seven buildings with indoor and outdoor parking for 300 cars and retail shops.

Unit 802, one of the loft models, is typical of the residences offered at the condominium project by MCZ Development. The corner unit has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area with a base price at $254,800.

The model has a 24 1/3-by-20 1/2-foot living/dining/kitchen area. It has a bay window, fireplace, island kitchen and a balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a second full bath nearby.

The second model, Unit 803, is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit with 750 square feet and a base price of $159,800.

Standard features at the Clinton Complex include oak hardwood floors in living areas, ceiling heights up to 15 feet, carpeted bedrooms, ventless gas fireplace with granite surround. Laminated countertops are standard in one-bedrooms and all two-bedroom units have granite countertops.

– Sales are under way for Harvest Hill, a Kimball Hill Homes community of 90 single- family homes priced from $223,990 to $267,990 in far north suburban Lindenhurst near U.S. Highway 45 and Sand Lake Road.

Seven floor plans ranging from 2,224 to 3,231 square feet of living space are being offered. They include three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths, walk-out basements, three-car garages and master bedroom suites.

The two-story Langston is the most affordable plan with 2,225 square feet for an introductory price of $226,990. The plan includes three bedrooms and a loft, optional fourth and fifth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths and a walk-out basement and three-car garage.

– Three new models are open at Providence, an in-fill community of 73 semi-custom single-family homes in west suburban Lombard. The development. located at 18th Street and Fairfield Road, features plans from Concord Homes Tailor-Made Estate Series. Base prices range from $293,900 to $334,000 in Phase I and from $295,900 to $336,000 in Phase II. Phases are determined by lot locations.

Among the new models is the Hayward, which has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a family room that measures 23 by 13 1/2 feet. The kitchen/breakfast room has an optional pop-out breakfast bay and the master bedroom suite has a fireplace.

Standard features on Estate Series homes include two-story foyers, two-story living rooms, 9-foot first-floor ceilings, and partial basements.

To visit the community, take Interstate Highway 88 to Highland Avenue. Go north on Highland to 22nd Street, turn right on 22nd Street to Fairfield Avenue. Turn left on Fairfield to 18th Street.

– Early delivery is available at Greenwood Place, a Ryland Homes townhouse community in northwest suburban Arlington Heights. When completed, the community will have 96 two- and three-story homes with base prices from $228,990 to $269,990.

Four floor plans are available and range from 1,508 to 1,977 square feet with two bedrooms, two bedrooms and a loft or third bedroom.

Two of the designs offered have flexible delivery schedules ranging for immediate closings to early spring move-in dates.

The designs available for early delivery are the Arlington and the Covington. Already under construction, they include fireplace/entertainment centers and vaulted ceilings in the master bedrooms. They are base-priced at $228,990 and $237,990, respectively.

– The Williamsburg IV is a new model now open at Hidden Oaks in west suburban Bartlett. The four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home has an office/study, 9-foot ceilings, full basement and a two- or three-car side-loading garage base-priced from $420,000, including the half-acre lot.

The Williamsburg IV by R.A. Faganel Builders is built with a construction “system” that combines sealing techniques with a heat recovery ventilators that reduce heating fuel consumption. The system is backed by the builder with a 5-year annual heating cost guarantee.

Among the properties to be sold are four town homes in the Carriage Hill subdivision in northwest suburban Cary. The townhouses comprise about 2,300 square feet and have up to three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, deck, full basement and two-car garage. Priced previously from $229,000 to $249,000, the suggested opening bid for a townhouse is $75,000. Two of the homes will be sold absolute, regardless of price.

Open houses are scheduled 1 to 3 p.m. on March 7, 14, and 21. Another is set for 4 to 6 p.m. March 24.
