Birute Kohl, 55, died Saturday in her Glen Ellyn home. Born in Lithuania, Mrs. Kohl was a sales associate at Yorktown Center’s Carson Pirie Scott and Co. store in Lombard. Survivors include her husband, Joseph; a daughter, Julie Petertil; a twin sister, Johanna Sponable; a brother, Konrad Jockus; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 480 S. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn.
