Guy E. Wickwire, 82, died Saturday in his Wheaton home. A former resident of Glen Ellyn, Mr. Wickwire was a lieutenant in the Navy during World War II and served on the battleship USS Indiana. He was also a sales consultant for IBM. Survivors include his wife, Frances; a son, Guy; a daughter, Barbara Christiansen; two sisters, Grace Steinborn and Helen Bennett; and six grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Maple Cemetery, Kirkland, Ill.
