I read your article about Nancy Spector and Jane Goldenberg, who are still making a stink about their “outrage” over Rep. John Porter’s impeachment vote (Metro, March 2). It’s over ladies. The apple of your eye sits unconvicted in the Oval Office, and national politics has resumed its customary torpor. In the aftermath of impeachment, the humor industry has been vastly enriched, and we all know the president much better than before. Congressman Porter deserves only gratitude for his vote of conscience.
