Four model condominiums have been opened on the 16th floor of the 593-unit Grand Ohio, 211 E. Ohio St., in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago.
Converting from apartments to condominiums, the project co-developed by DK/Equity LLC and Equity Marketing Services Inc., will have 48 studios, 97 convertibles, 238 one-bedroom units, 123 two-bedroom residences and 10 three-bedroom homes. Base prices range from $87,400 to $329,900 for 560 to 1,700 square feet.
In addition, 15 “soft loft” residences will be constructed on the building’s third floor with base prices starting at $99,000.
The building, constructed in 1985, has 516 indoor parking spaces. Valet parking spaces are $18,900. All buyers will be members in a private health club with a heated indoor pool, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts on the 5th floor.
