You’ll come away asking, “How do they do that?” after seeing firsthand the feats of Cirque Ingenieux. This non-traditional, animal-free show tells of a young girl’s visit to a turn-of-the-century circus, taking her on a journey into a dream landscape. Cirque Ingenieux is performed by an international troupe of contortionists, strongmen, gymnasts and aerialists at the Shubert Theatre, 22 W. Monroe St., through March 28. Tickets ($22-$50) are available at the Shubert box office or by calling Ticketmaster (312-902-1500).
