Hazel C. Cole, 89, of Carol Stream died Monday in Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream. Born in Orland Park, Mrs. Cole was a nurse for 50 years at Oak Forest Hospital before retiring. She also was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wheaton. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Hampton; a son, Winfield Nash Jr.; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Brust Funeral Home, 415 N. Gary Ave., Carol Stream.
