The Mokena PTA will sponsor a 5K race Saturday to raise funds for the Mokena Junior High School Library.
The Mokena Meteor May 5K race will start and finish at Mokena Junior High School, proceeding along a route approved by the Police Department.
Participants will get T-shirts, and prizes will be awarded to the first three finishers in each division.
Fees are $15 in advance and $17 on the day of the race.
