Roy A. Nelson, 84, of Westmont died Monday in Burgess Square Nursing Home in Westmont. Born in St. Paul, Mr. Nelson served in the Coast Guard and was a firefighter. Survivors include his wife, Mary; three sons, Thomas, Robert and Frank; two stepdaughters, Dianne D’Aprile and Christy Sivik; and a sister, Dorothy Holt. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Toon Funeral Home, 109 N. Cass Ave., Westmont.
