I hope that Northwestern University will seriously reconsider having Secretary of State Madeleine “willing to fire a missile at anybody” Albright give the commencement address and receive an honorary degree at the university on June 18. In her stead I nominate Steve Chapman, whose adroit and timely analysis of her reign of terror as a member of the Clinton cabinet (“Who should bear the blame for `Madeleine’s war’?” Commentary, May 13) is proof that he more than qualifies to speak knowledgeably on whatever subject she has been asked to address. In addition he hasn’t built a reputation as a warmonger. An added plus, don’t you think?
