I am amazed by the wonderful “Cows on Parade” exhibit on the streets of this formerly Bull-obsessed town. As a gentle reminder to the urbanites unfamiliar with bovine sexuality, there is no such thing as a male cow. Cows are always female (or more politely, ladies) and should never be referred to as “he.” Three cheers for Mayor Richard Daley for supporting such a moo-ving event!
