Allscripts offer: Allscripts Inc. said it raised $112 million in the initial sale of the company’s stock to the public. The Libertyville-based provider of drug-related services to physicians said the 7 million shares sold for $16 apiece, higher than the expected range of $13 to $15 a share. As of midday, the shares had yet to begin trading on the Nasdaq stock market.
