I am thoroughly disappointed at the decision of the James Dale case against the Boy Scouts of America in the New Jersey Supreme Court. The fact is, the Boy Scouts is a private organization. They are not required to abide by the state’s discrimination laws. Why do courts and judges feel it’s necessary to make decisions for us in our private manners?
