The Chicago area hosts a growing variety of cooking schools and classes. These culinary experiences range from children’s classes to courses for professionals, from simple basics such as knife skills to the intricacies of cake decorating.
A few things to consider when choosing a class: Is there a reasonable class size? What experience level is it tailored to? Will the class be a demonstration or hands-on? Are supplies provided or do you need to bring your own? Do students receive printed recipes of dishes prepared? Is parking available?
