OK, Commonwealth Edison is at fault. Period. All of the rhetoric from the mayor, Illinois Commerce Commission, Citizens Utility Board, etc., etc., will do very little good. John Rowe knows what he has to do. Fix it. Let him do the job. Forget the recriminations, blame games and assorted counterproductive criticisms.
