*The unveiling of the “Leonardo da Vinci’s Horse” sculpture, a 24-foot-tall, 15-ton work based on da Vinci’s designs and created by artist Nina Akamu, will take place at 8 a.m. Thursday at the Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids.
