After reading Eric Zorn’s excellent column on Oct. 7 regarding Jesse Ventura’s comments, do I feel sorry for the residents of Minnesota. Many of them were probably surprised at hearing his opinions about religion and weight control. With those comments, Gov. Ventura may have reduced his political following to slim, trim atheists
To the people of Minnesota, I’ll pray for you (and for the governor, too, of course)–you’ll all need it.
