Sullivan Builders has opened a new model–The Dogwood–at its Bedford Green community of semi-custom homes in north suburban Glenview.
The Dogwood is part of Sullivan’s Design Series 200 homes, which are priced from the high $600,000s.
The two-story Dogwood is a brick Georgian home with four bedrooms, priced at $819,000. Features include a two-story foyer, oak flooring, front porch, and a whirlpool bath and exercise room in the master suite.
To visit Bedford Green, take Interstate Highway 94 to Old Orchard Road. Turn west and proceed to Harms Road. Turn north and continue to Glenview Road. Turn west to Spruce Street (a quarter of a mile west of Harlem), and then turn south four blocks to the model.

– The Vermont model at Berian Estates in northwest suburban Crystal Lake is available for immediate delivery.
Priced at $359,900, the 3,460-square-foot model by MKM Development has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den or fifth bedroom, family room, and three-car garage.
MKM’s homes at Berian Estates range from 2,600 to more than 3,600 square feet with prices from $279,900.

– Westfield Homes has broken ground on two model homes at Willow Pond, a 35-acre community of 66 single-family homes in northwest suburban Streamwood.
Six ranch and two-story designs are priced from $243,990 to $288,990.
Homes offer lookout and walkout basements and many cul-de-sac lots, which range up to a third of an acre. They offer from 1,900 to 3,124 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, master bedroom suites, and attached two- or three-car garages.
