Lots, which are a half acre and larger, with customized homes are base-priced from $415,000 to $591,000.

– Wheaton Place, a 43-unit condominium development in downtown Wheaton, has 13 homes remaining for sale.
Developers Joseph Freed Homes and Centrum Properties will be moving the sales center into an unfurnished model by Thanksgiving.
The two floor plans are priced from $205,900 to $208,900. They have two bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet.
The Stevenson plan has an eat-in kitchen and is base-priced from $205,900.
The Fitzgerald, priced from $208,900, is a split plan with an entry foyer leading to its great room and a family or dining room adjoining the kitchen.

– The Shores of Harbor Springs in west suburban Aurora is approaching closeout with 10 homes remaining for sale. The Shores is one of three neighborhoods at Harbor Springs, a master-planned community of 436 homes, including 251 single-family homes and 185 town homes.
Six homes are available for delivery by year-end and developer Pulte Home Corp. is offering buyers who close by Dec. 24 a $5,000 incentive.
The Executive Series offers six ranch, split-level and two-story designs ranging from 1,421 to 2,147 square feet. They include three or four bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, eat-in kitchens, family rooms in some plans, and two-car attached garages. Base prices range from $151,990 to $177,990.
