Edward S. Jackson, 82, of Arlington Heights died Tuesday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago. Mr. Jackson, a Chicago native, was an attorney in private practice for 46 years. Mr. Jackson, a World War II Army veteran, graduated from John Marshall Law School, Chicago, in 1952. Early in his career, he was a bank trust officer and an attorney for Chicago Title & Trust Co. Among his clients was the American Arbitration Association. “He was a gentleman and a great attorney,” said Lauane Addis, an attorney in Mr. Jackson’s law office. Survivors include a son, Bruce; a daughter, Ridgely; and a grandson. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Southminster Presbyterian Church, 916 E. Central Rd., Arlington Heights.
