Jerry C. Janquart, 76, a mechanical engineer and World War II veteran, died Tuesday in his Crystal Lake home. Mr. Janquart worked several years in mechanical engineering, specializing in hydraulic pumps. During the war, he served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include two daughters, Jeanne Hoskins and Renee Marshalla; three sons, Jerry, David and James; a brother, Eugene; four sisters, Florence Lorbecki, Lois Leonard, Mary Maher and Ruth Maher; and 13 grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in Church of the Holy Apostles, 5211 W. Bull Valley Rd., McHenry.
