– Heritage Place, a LakeShore Development Co. community of 78 single-family homes at 1133 E. 83rd St. in Chicago’s Avalon Park neighborhood, has 15 homes remaining for sale and several available for immediate delivery.
Prices range from $179,990 to $269,990 for five floor plans with 1,603 to 2,500 square feet. They include two or three bedrooms, and two or 2 1/2 baths.
The 1,692-square-foot Bailey design is available for delivery. It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Three of the designs at Heritage Place are three stories with the kitchens, breakfast nooks and living/dining rooms on the main level, bedrooms and baths upstairs, and access to a two-car attached garage downstairs.

– Joe Keim Builders Inc. is offering incentives on its field models through the end of the year at Eagle Brook in Geneva, a 563-acre master-planned golf course community.
The four- and five-bedroom models range from about 3,000 to 4,500 square feet and are priced from $290,000 to the mid-$400s.
The community has 40 homesites remaining and plans are under way to sell the on-site models for early summer occupancy.
On-site amenities include an 18-hole private golf course and two community parks.
To reach the site, take Interstate Highway 88 west to Orchard Road. Exit right and follow Orchard to Randall Road. Turn north (left) to Fargo Boulevard, then east (right) through the Eagle Brook entrance. Go right on Bent Tree, then left on Eldorado to the models.

– Preconstruction sales are under way for a series of 104 single-family homes at Thornwood Grove, a Ryland Homes community in South Elgin.
Priced from $235,990 to $284,990, the six designs range from 2,290 to 3,340 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, first-floor laundry rooms, basements, and two-car attached garages.
Ryland also recently introduced a neighborhood of 300 townhomes in Thornwood, a master-planned community located on McDonald Road one mile west of Randall Road.
