An Argentine woman was granted a divorce on the grounds that her husband was dirty and slovenly, not even lifting a finger when the toilet overflowed, a Buenos Aires newspaper reported.
“He’s incredibly dirty . . . He doesn’t even bother when the toilet gets blocked and floods the dining room,” the unidentified woman said.
Her husband of 25 years had refused to agree to a divorce, and so the woman successfully argued that his lack of hygiene was sufficient grounds to end the marriage.
