James E. Morgan, 73, of Arlington Heights, a retired accountant, died Saturday at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Born in Chicago, Mr. Morgan graduated from Harper High School in Chicago and obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Walton School of Commerce in Chicago. He was vice president of finance for 18 years for Fred Niles Communications in Chicago and retired in 1988 as vice president of finance for Motivation Media Inc., a communications firm in Glenview. He was a former longtime resident of Buffalo Grove. “He was a most sincere man,” said his wife of 51 years, Rosemary, who said she met her husband at a Sweet 16 party. Other survivors include two sons, Robert and Michael; four daughters, Mary Jane Tyler, Joanne Rychlik, Colleen Rothhaar and Darlene; and 11 grandchildren. Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Edna Catholic Church, 255 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
