Dr. George E. Koukol, 89, of Crystal Lake died Sunday, Jan. 9, in his home. Dr. Koukol had run his own dental practices in Berwyn and Crystal Lake until his retirement in 1984. He was a member of the American Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Association. Survivors include his wife, Marie; two sons, Brian and Dennis; a sister, Mildred Anderson; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. Tuesday until the funeral at 3:30 p.m., in the Querhammer and Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
