Rick Drew, 84, pastor of Aurora Adventist Christian Church from 1941 to 1946 and from 1969 to 1974, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, in Hemet, Calif. He was born in Providence, R.I., and graduated from Aurora University in 1939. In recognition of his baseball, football and tennis skills, he was inducted into the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 1988. Survivors include his wife, Marie; and a son, Mike. Services were held Saturday in Hemet.
