And our queasy quotient soared when we saw this issue of Celeb Insider and its promise of “50+ Most Beautiful Teens Ever!” Can someone really pick out the most beautiful EVER from a group of teens who register a blip on the radar screen of human time? And what about everyday teens; you know, the ones a ‘zine has never heard of cuz they don’t have a Billboard hit or star in a ragin’ flick? Sure, it’s just a gimmick lots of ‘zines use to make a buck – but this “they’re hot and you’re not” mentality isn’t pretty.
