Renaissance Place is a seven-acre site bounded roughly by 52nd Street, Ellis Avenue, 54th Street and Ingleside Avenue.

– Insignia Homes has opened sales at Forest Glenn, a community of 14 town homes in Palatine.
The three two-story floor plans are each about 1,876 square feet with prices ranging from $205,900 to $214,990. They include two bedrooms, some with lofts, and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, finished English basements and attached two-car garages. All plans have standard decks off breakfast rooms and some have built-in pantries and kitchen islands.
The development is adjacent to forest preserve property and first occupancies are scheduled for summer.

– Concord Homes has begun sales of its new Providence Glen community in Lombard, an enclave of 30 single-family homes.
The four Estate Series floor plans are priced from $331,490 to $373,490. They range from 2,338 to 3,246 square feet and include four to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths, basements and attached two- and three-car garages.
Sales are being conducted from the nearby Providence sales center at 18th Street and Fairfield Road in Lombard where four models are on display.

– A sales office is now open at Heritage of Huntley, a community of 329 single-family homes on 121 acres being developed by Town & Country Homes.
It is located on the north side of Dundee-Huntley Road, four miles west of Randall Road.
