Prairie Grove trustees appointed three new members to the village’s planning commission last week.

Village President Bill Crawford said he hopes the problems the board had been having getting a quorum for meetings will no longer be an issue.

In addition to one vacancy, commission chairman Bob Wester and board member Joe Deneve also recently resigned their posts. Rich Rose, Tom Friedman and Bob Gray were selected to fill the spots, and Rose will serve as chairman of the commission. Rose also serves as the chairman of the village’s Zoning Board of Appeals.
