Phil Mickelson played outstanding golf last week and made an incredible comeback in the final round Feb. 13. After stumbling with two double bogies he picked himself up to finish with a four-stroke lead. He certainly deserved better than being a footnote to the Woods’ story, “Tiger’s tank hits empty” (Sports, Feb. 14). Maybe by the end of this season he will command more respect.
