The Feb. 8 Jeff MacNelly cartoon, entitled “Why NFL teams have so many coaches,” which pictures eight coaches ranging from head coach to rehab coach, legal defense coordinator to remedial driving coach, was amusing. But I couldn’t help wonder if the National Football League provided just one more coach, if then most of the others might be eliminated. How about a spiritual adviser or ethics coach? Just a thought.
