Eugene K. “Bud” Oxtoby, 80, of McHenry, formerly of Ringwood, died Monday, Feb. 21, in the Fountains of Crystal Lake. He was a foreman at the Morton International production plant in Ringwood for 34 years, retiring in 1977. Mr. Oxtoby was a sports fan and an avid Cubs booster. Survivors include his wife, June; and a brother, Robert. Funeral mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Patrick Catholic Church, 3500 W. Washington Ave., McHenry.
